General Conditions

• Service Provision: DiMarco’s agrees to provide landscaping and lawn care services as per the agreed-upon proposal provided to you after initial consultation. Services will be performed in a professional manner, and in compliance with state regulations and local bylaws.

• Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for ensuring that DiMarco’s has unimpeded access to the work site at the scheduled times and that all necessary consents from third parties have been obtained for the work to commence.

• Payment Terms: Payment terms will be set out in your service agreement. Generally, payment is due upon receipt of invoice, which DiMarco’s will issue upon completion of services or as otherwise stipulated in your agreement.

• Cancellation and Refunds: Services can be canceled by either party with notice, subject to any cancellation fees as detailed in the service agreement. Refunds are available only for services not yet performed and at the discretion of DiMarco’s.

• Changes to Services: Requests for changes to service agreements must be submitted in writing and may be subject to additional charges.

Intellectual Property

The content of the website including text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the site, is the property of DiMarco’s Landscaping & Lawncare or its suppliers and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The services provided by DiMarco’s are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. DiMarco’s disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

DiMarco’s will not be liable for any damages that arise from the use or inability to use the services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state/country in which DiMarco’s operates.
